1. By entering this competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. The 'Promoter' of the competition is Kao (UK) Limited, whose registered office 21 Holborn Viaduct, London, EC1A 2DY (registered in England and Wales under company number 04471658).

3. The competition is only open to residents of the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland who are aged 18 and over, excluding employees or immediate families of the Promoter, or its affiliate companies, agents or any third party professionally connected with the competition.

4. To enter the competition, participants must:
a. Like the competition post on Instagram
b. Follow @cureluk and @johnfriedauk
c. Tag a friend who you'd love to share this incredible prize with

The "Entry"

5. No purchase is necessary; however, internet access and a valid Instagram account is required.

6. Only one entry per person.

7. Entries are accepted from 3:00pm 4th December 2024 and entries will close at 11:59pm (GMT) on 18th of December 2024 (the "Competition Period").

8. One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Competition Period and will be contacted by the Promoter via direct message from the @johnfriedauk Instagram account to the Instagram account used to submit the Entry on 19th December 2024 to advise that they have won. Participants should ensure their Instagram settings permit direct messages of this nature to be received. Promoter does not accept any responsibility for messages not received by the winner.

9. In the event the Promoter cannot for any reason contact the winner within five (5) days of first attempting to do so, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternate winner from all valid entries received during the Competition Period.

10. The winner will receive:

11. The Prize cannot be redeemed, refunded, re-sold, or exchanged for cash or any other product. Products included in the Prize may contain allergens. The Promoter shall not be responsible for any adverse effects resulting from any products contained within the Prize. If due to unforeseen circumstances a certain element of the Prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute another prize for it, in its sole discretion, of equal or higher value.

12. The Promoter will not be responsible for entries not received, incomplete, delayed, or damaged or due to, for example, any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.

13. The winner shall receive their prize within 28 working days of winning, subject to the winner's confirmation of their take up of the Prize and providing the Promoter with all necessary identification and other information requested, and with their correct delivery address. It is the responsibility of the entrant to the competition to provide correct, up-to-date details when entering. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for a winner(s) failing to supply accurate, up-to-date information which adversely affects prize acceptance or delivery of their prize. Promoter shall not be liable for any delays, loss, or damage to the Prize once in transit to the winner.

14. The Promoter reserves the right to verify winner(s) and ask for proof of identity, age, and address and to withdraw prize entitlement where such information cannot be provided or is unable to be verified.

15. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
