The Detox & Repair Shampoo and Conditioner were designed for consumers that have normal to coarse hair. If consumers with fine texture use this product, they may feel this product is too heavy for their hair.

In general, John Frieda products have been tested and are enjoyed by a diverse user base. When developing our products, we consider all such hair types, but our focus with this initiative lied with individuals possessing normal to coarse hair texture. We strive to provide solutions to this consumer’s repair challenges so she can create and wear her desired style with confidence. Although our products may provide some degree of benefit for fine or Afro-Caribbean hair, this benefit may be limited.
